About Sutton Piano Service
Your piano, like those in homes and on stages throughout the world, is an instrument of extraordinary promise which can bring you and your family a lifetime of enjoyment. Bob Sutton, owner of Sutton Piano Service, has had the training and experience to keep your piano in the best condition for you to continue your joy of playing.
As a Registered Piano Technician with the Piano Technicians’ Guild, Bob will give you and your piano the benefit of over 30 years of experience tuning and servicing pianos throughout the Pittsburgh, PA area. He has been tuning pianos since 1976 when he began studying the art of tuning simply to keep his own piano in tune.
As a graduate of Eastman School of Music and also a public school music teacher, he could hear when something was not right but soon learned how to correct the problems causing the unpleasant sounds. During the next thirty-plus years he tuned during evenings and weekends as the demand for his services grew from just one piano to hundreds of different customers. With retirement from public school teaching he was able to devote more time to servicing a greater number of pianos and he is ready and available to tune and repair your piano as well.
Please take time to glance at the following pages on how to care for your piano. Then call Sutton Piano Service to schedule some TLC for your piano.
